HALL Linda Smith Linda Smith Hall, 46, of Lexington, died Tuesday, December 30, 2008. She was born August 15, 1962 in Roanoke, a daughter of Jesse and Mary Smith. In addition to her parents, she is survived by her husband, Greg Tomlin; sons, Phillip Hall and wife, Krista, of Georgia and Duane Smith, Lexington; daughters, India Carter and Mary Beth Lineberry, Lexington; sisters, Nancy Johnson, Salem and Bonnie Morris, Lexington; brothers, Roger Smith, Salem and Mario Smith and wife; special sister-in-law, Diana Smith; two grandchildren, Jordan and Haley and special friend, Vera Merchant. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, January 2, 2009 at Lexington Baptist Church with the Rev. Michael Wilburn officiating. Burial will be private. Special thanks to Virginia State Police, Augusta Medical Center, and Hospice for all their care, thoughts and prayers and to all her special friends of Lexington, Mr. Kim, coworkers and friends at Poplar Hill Exxon.
